Role Overview

Recruitment Unlimited is currently working with a food production client within the poultry manufacturing sector who is looking for reliable Production Operatives to join their busy and fast-paced factory environment. This role involves working across multiple areas of production, from initial processing through to packing and distribution. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, stable work.

Key Duties

  • Working across various production areas within the factory
  • Preparing and processing poultry products for distribution
  • Tasks may include wax removal, feather plucking, washing and cleaning product, packing and bagging finished goods, cutting poultry into required portions
  • Manual handling and repetitive physical tasks
  • Working in chilled/cold environments at times
  • Following hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times

About You

  • Willing to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
  • Comfortable with physical, manual work
  • Able to understand basic English for safety and training purposes
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be trained across multiple areas

Shifts Available

Monday to Friday – Early start (6:00am or 7:00am depending on role) until finish Mon–Wed: finish 4:00pm–5:00pm with early finish Thursday and Friday
