About Us
At Target Healthcare Group, we are pioneers, innovators, and lifesavers, committed to making a significant difference in the world of healthcare. As a group, we support our network of pharmaceutical manufacturers and distribution companies, working collaboratively to ensure patients receive high-quality, accessible medication. Our vision is to facilitate a world where every patient has access to the medication they need.
Our values guide how we work, and we're looking for someone who lives them:
- Team Spirit: we build a collaborative and supportive culture. You'll be an integral part of the People Team and a trusted partner to the business.
- Honest: we act with integrity and accountability. You'll handle sensitive matters with discretion and give advice people can rely on.
- Passionate: we work with compassion, purpose and enthusiasm. You'll care about getting things right for every colleague.
- Agile: we're pioneers, always ready to adapt and evolve. You'll challenge the status quo and keep improving how HR works.
The Opportunity
You’ll be the visible, proactive face of HR, giving high-quality, compliant support across the full employee lifecycle. No two days are the same, and you'll have real scope to shape how we do things.

Running excellent HR operations
- Manage onboarding, contracts and variations of terms
- Prepare payroll data and coordinate the bi-annual KPI bonus scheme data
- Keep employee records compliant, including Right to Work, DBS and driving licence checks
- Look after our HR system in line with company policy and GDPR, and help colleagues get the most from self-service
Leading and improving
- Lead and support our HR Coordinator day to day, keeping work on track and deadlines met
- Turn people data into action on attrition, absence, engagement and performance
- Design and deliver line manager training that reflects best practice and current legislation
- Lead internal communications so everyone stays informed
- Drive HR projects and continuous improvement, delivering against agreed service levels
About you
You bring a wealth of HR experience, and you do well in a fast-paced business where priorities shift. You’re never content with "the way it's always been done". You keep looking for smarter, simpler ways of working and bring others with you. You’ll be just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty as you are advising senior leaders.
You'll have:
- Substantial experience in an HR generalist or advisory role, ideally in a fast-moving, commercial environment
- CIPD Level 5, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong, current knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Confidence handling employee relations cases from start to finish

- Meticulous, with excellent organisation and time management
- Discreet, with integrity in everything you do
- Adaptable and resilient, ready to embrace change and help lead it
