Are you ready to take ownership of the commercial growth strategy for an ambitious, community-focused business? This isn’t a role where you simply inherit a product portfolio and keep it ticking over. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, customer-focused leader who can spot opportunities, shape compelling propositions and turn insight into measurable revenue and margin growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have real influence over the company’s products, pricing, customer propositions and future direction across residential, business and partnership markets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll take the lead on the product and commercial roadmap, developing broadband packages, add-on services, pricing strategies, bundles and growth initiatives that increase customer take-up, retention, revenue and lifetime value. Working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT/Network teams, you’ll bring people together around clear commercial priorities and ensure that great ideas are practical, properly costed and successfully delivered.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing the product strategy across residential, business and partnership channels
  • Owning and maintaining the product roadmap
  • Creating commercially attractive packages, pricing, bundles and add-on services
  • Using customer, competitor and market insight to identify new growth opportunities
  • Developing strategies to improve acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, retention and renewals
  • Building targeted go-to-market plans with Sales and Marketing
  • Ensuring new propositions are operationally deliverable, with effective customer journeys and launch plans
  • Creating robust business cases for new products, campaigns, partnerships and market expansion
  • Working with Finance to validate forecasts, margins, acquisition costs and return on investment
  • Presenting clear, evidence-based recommendations to the executive leadership team
  • Monitoring and reporting on revenue, profitability, ARPU, churn, conversion, acquisition costs and product performance

ABOUT YOU

You’ll already have senior-level experience within commercial, product, proposition, marketing or growth leadership. Experience within telecoms, broadband, subscriptions, utilities or another recurring-revenue environment would be particularly valuable.

You’ll also bring:

  • A proven ability to turn market and customer insight into successful products and growth campaigns
  • Strong experience of pricing, margin management, commercial performance and business cases
  • The analytical ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and decisive action
  • Excellent commercial judgement and strategic thinking
  • The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and bring different departments together
  • A strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach suited to a fast-moving business
  • The ability to balance ambitious commercial growth with strong community values

WHY THIS ROLE?

This is a genuinely influential position for someone who wants more than a narrow product-management remit. You’ll work directly with the CEO, help determine where the business goes next and see the impact of your decisions across revenue, profitability, customer growth and product performance.

If you’re commercially ambitious, fascinated by what makes customers buy and stay, and excited by the chance to build the propositions that will drive a company’s next stage of growth, we would love to hear from you.
