Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies across technically complex product portfolios.
- Own product roadmaps, portfolio optimisation, lifecycle management and growth planning.
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity and emerging technologies.
- Partner with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Build business cases for new product development and investment decisions.
- Drive pricing, margin improvement, market positioning and commercial performance.
- Lead product launch strategies and post-launch performance analysis.
- Provide technical and commercial leadership across international markets.
- Mentor and develop product and category management teams.
About You
- You are a commercially astute category or product leader with a strong technical background.
- You understand how engineering, customer requirements and market dynamics combine to create successful products.
- Proven Category Management and/or Product Management experience.
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, building services, electrical, mechanical or similarly technical sectors.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps and category strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities.
- Experience operating within international or multi-site environments.
- Previous leadership experience desirable.
