The Role - Grape Picker (start date Wednesday 17th September 2025 - 3-4 weeks work)
We\'re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our grape picking teams for the 2025 harvest. No previous experience needed - just a good level of fitness and a great attitude!
What you\'ll be doing:
Walking along the vineyard rows (6-10 miles per day on average)
Snipping bunches of grapes with provided tools
Placing bunches in crates positioned beneath the vines
Don\'t worry - full guidance will be given on day one, and you\'ll be working as part of a friendly and supportive team. Why you\'ll love it:

You must have your own transport - the vineyard is in a rural location
This is an outdoor role, so bring a waterproof jacket and sturdy boots or wellies - we work in all weather (unless there\'s a full day of heavy rain)
A degree of flexibility is needed - harvest days may shift slightly depending on the weather Pay & Hours:
£12.21 per hour plus holiday pay equates to £13.68 per hour
Paid at the end of the assignment (unless agreed otherwise)
Monday to Sunday, approx. 8am-4:30/5pm (weather dependent)
Normally 5-6 working days per week.
Approx. 3-4 weeks work available Please note: 100% attendance is required - harvest runs for just week and every day counts
