Are you looking for a hands-on role with a growing manufacturer? We're recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a friendly team producing bespoke textile products for the defence, medical and commercial sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys practical work. Previous assembly experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling bespoke textile products to specification
  • Using hand tools to punch holes, attach fittings and complete assemblies
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet high standards before dispatch
  • Working efficiently to meet production targets while following health & safety procedures

What we offer:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay allowance)
