Daily duties:

Researching and trialling new products/software/technologies from major suppliers

Developing knowledge on new releases and industry developments eg AI to handle customer/internal enquiries and provide advice

Attending client meetings, visits and industry events; as well as office based and hybrid working

Demonstrating technology to customers

Creating quotes for packages, for the sales team

Processing administration such as orders and deliveries
