We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a very established team in Sevenoaks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, professional and growing practice. You will work on a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and can take ownership of your matters.
The Role
Your work will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and trust administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients
- Liaising with accountants, financial advisers and other professional contacts
- Managing your own caseload and delivering a high standard of client service
About You
You will ideally have:
- 2+ years' PQE in Private Client work
- Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload
- Excellent drafting, communication and client-care skills
- A commercially minded and practical approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
- A genuine ambition to develop your Private Client career
