Rare & Interesting Role: Where you will join a growing and ambitious project-based business, taking responsibility for the management of a small sales team, overseeing all sales operations. This is a great chance for someone to take a next career step where you will be involved with:

  • Leadership including running daily and weekly team meetings (5), conducting one-to-ones, training, coaching and performance reviews
  • CRM, Systems and Process: managing the CRM system, identifying and rolling out process improvements throughout the sales function
  • Workflow management: allocating loads, assisting to drive sales processes forwards liaising with other functions
  • Creating Sales Reports and Documents such as strategy reviews, client account reviews, KPI reports and profitability tracking
  • Developing Sales Collateral such as proposals, presentations and sales documents
  • Working with Directors on team strategy and improvement
