Responsibilities:

  • Join a busy team environment, working alongside experienced staff to manage end to end recruitment processes.
  • Opportunity to earn bonus from day one; empowered to use a diverse skillset to achieve objectives – sales, account management, marketing, customer service, administration and more.

Location & Schedule:

  • Central Tunbridge Wells location with great transport links. Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: up to £28,000 + uncapped bonus = £40,000 OTE Year 1; £45–50,000 Year 2.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be based within a 30 minute commute to Tunbridge Wells.
  • Ideally have 1+ year of professional experience related to recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality or similar.
