The Role You'll manage your own varied caseload of residential property transactions while working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters.

Key Responsibilities Managing a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build transactions.
Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law, providing a high standard of client care.
Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members and paralegals where appropriate.
Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Residential Real Estate.
Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law.
Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
