Residential Real Estate Paralegal London (Covent Garden) | Hybrid Working Available After Probation Are you an ambitious Residential Real Estate Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career with a top-tier national Legal 500 law firm ?

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join its highly regarded Residential Real Estate team in its London office, located just moments from Covent Garden .

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading property lawyers on a broad range of high-quality residential transactions while benefiting from excellent training, career progression and a supportive, collaborative culture.

The Role Working closely with Partners, Senior Associates and Fee Earners, you will play a key role in supporting a busy Residential Real Estate team, managing your own administrative responsibilities while assisting on a wide variety of residential property matters.

This position offers excellent exposure to quality work and the opportunity to further develop your technical knowledge within a nationally recognised firm.

Key Responsibilities Assisting Fee Earners with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.

Drafting legal documents and correspondence.

Preparing contract packs and supporting exchange and completion processes.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.

Carrying out Land Registry searches and submitting applications.

Opening and managing files, ensuring compliance with AML and other regulatory requirements.

Keeping case management systems updated and maintaining accurate file records.

Providing general support to the Residential Real Estate team to ensure transactions progress efficiently.

About You Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal , Conveyancing Assistant or similar.

A solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

A proactive, team-focused approach with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in residential property law.
