We're working with a modern, well-established regional law firm in Worthing that is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join its growing Residential Leasehold team.

The Role You'll play a key role in supporting experienced fee earners with a varied caseload of residential leasehold matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with residential leasehold sales and purchases.

Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, managing agents and lenders.

Reviewing leasehold documentation and raising enquiries.

Managing files and maintaining accurate case records.

Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process.

Providing an efficient and professional service to clients.

About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Residential Property or Conveyancing.

Ideally, exposure to leasehold transactions.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in property law.

Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
