Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer – £60,000-£65,000

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a respected and CQS-accredited law firm based in Bexleyheath, is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, professional, and forward-thinking practice with a strong local reputation.
The Role:
You will manage a high-volume caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties
- Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity
- Exposure to New Build transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes (desirable)
- Use of Case Management Systems and the Land Registry Portal
About You:
You’ll be a driven and detail-focused legal professional with:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A calm, organised, and supportive approach to your work
- Willingness to mentor and support junior team members
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of legal software systems
