This is a fantastic block property management company looking for someone who has demonstrable experience within this sector and can effectively maintain and scrutinize maintenance standards checklists to ensure high quality upkeep of premises and communal areas.

Salary ranges between £35,000 – £45,000 on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance for travel! That being said, the company operates on a hybrid working environment so going into the office is only mandatory for 1-2 days of the week! Higher salaries can be discussed.

As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your TPI qualification paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! Salary will reflect based on qualifications and experience.
