Overview: A well-established and respected property management company is seeking a new Block Manager to join their growing team in a newly created role. You will be given the freedom to self-manage a portfolio of residential blocks, acting as the main point of contact for clients and leaseholders. This will be a localised portfolio in and around Greater London with minimal outliers.

As part of their training scheme, this company will fund your TPI (previously IRPM) qualifications which will lead to a salary increase once completed. If you are part or fully qualified in this already, this will be reflected in starting salary.

This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday with very flexible hybrid working after probation. Salary is dependent on experience.
