An outstanding Property Management company is on the lookout for their newest member of the team to work proactively with the current Building Manager, to maintain and uphold high standards within the site. This newly created position has been formed due to company growth.

There will be full training in place where appropriate, depending on your experience.

The main requirements of this position will be to inspect properties and communal areas on-site, then completing any minor maintenance and repairs – or liaising with contractors for larger projects.

You will need great customer service skills to be able to effectively communicate with tenants about any issues raised, whilst your organisational skills will be needed for keeping compliance documents up to date with routine inspections.

You will be able to take on much more ad-hoc responsibility, given by the Building Manager where needed, with the aim to give you the ability to cover them when they are off.

Working time sits within Monday-Friday and weekend flexibility would be a bonus but not a necessity. Hours can be flexible would ideally be 8am-4pm.

Salary is circa £25,000 + benefits.

A successful candidate would have previous similar experience and looking to work in a professional and friendly environment.
