Recruitment Solutions is pleased to be partnering with our Rochdale based Client to be recruiting a HR and Operations Assistant.

Our Client is an independent business which has been established for just over 20 years.

They operate across the UK with two main sites based on the North West – Rochdale is their Head Office.

The role of HR and Operations Assistant will report to the Operations Director – role will be seen as a senior appointment in our Clients business.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE HR and OPERATIONS ASSISTANT * Annual Salary of c £35,000 * 22 Days Holiday PLUS Bank Hols * On Site Car Parking * Annual Performance Related Salary Review and potential Bonus * A range of Life Style Benefits to suit you THE ROLE OF THE HR and OPERATIONS ASSISTANTWill report to the Head of Operations and will work as part of the Senior Management Team.

Your role will be to provide a hands on / flexible HR Operations support across the business.

Our Clients business is fast paced as they react to constantly changing Client needs – therefore you need to be able to think on your feet and be adaptable in your approach.

You also need to be driven to find and implement HR and Operational Solutions.

You need to be able to work independently but at the same time be able to build and maintain internal and external relationships.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE HR and OPERATONAL ASSISTANT * HR – Admin and Support – including Recruitment / On Boarding and general HR support across Disciplinary / Grievances etc. * Strong use of Excel to create and update a range of HR Reports / Analysis * Provide day to day Operational support to the Operations Director – including Workflows and a range of Business Reports * General Office and HR Administration / Projects If you are interested in this role please submit your application Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
