The Role
Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates, you will advise on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
You will gain exposure to high-quality work across multiple sectors while developing your technical expertise within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of employment matters with appropriate supervision.
- Advising clients on a range of employment law issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE and unfair dismissal.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and other employment documentation.
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and employment litigation.
- Supporting Partners and senior lawyers on complex employment matters and strategic client advice.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Contributing to team initiatives, knowledge sharing and business development activities.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ–2 years' PQE in Employment Law.
- Strong academic background with relevant employment law experience gained during training or post-qualification.
- Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills.
- Commercially aware with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a genuine interest in developing within Employment Law.
