This is a brand new permanent vacancy joining a leading property company, with an excellent reputation throughout Tunbridge Wells and across Kent, working on high-quality residential property lettings and management. With full training provided, this is an outstanding opportunity to get into estate agency, or equally, for someone with experience (current or previous) seeking their next step.

Based from offices in the heart of Tunbridge Wells (with parking), you will be a key part of a growing team, supported to build a long-term career. Day-to-day, you will take on a busy and varied role working alongside the Lettings Manager, tasked with delivering elite-level service to landlords and tenants throughout the lettings processes, and maximising occupancy levels.

Duties might range:

  • Handling new tenant and landlord enquiries by phone, email and in-person
  • Registering applicants, understanding preferences and providing guidance and advice
  • Organising viewings and valuations, providing information and market insight to landlords
  • Marketing new properties, collating photos, floorplans, specifications and advertisements
  • Matching properties to tenants and organising viewings
  • Negotiating and agreeing offers
  • Preparing tenancy documents and supporting onboarding such as AML checks and compliance
  • Keeping accurate records of tenant and landlord communication
