They are a specialised agency, focused on great talent and even better results!
A hardworking yet rewarding and sociable environment – dedicated to excellent opportunities and client success. This position will play a key part in resourcing exceptional talent working in a busy environment alongside a sales team.
Duties would include:
- Sourcing candidates through job board posts, databases, social media etc.
- Proactively headhunt relevant candidates.
- Build up talent pipelines.
- Liaising with the sales team.
- Matching candidates to live vacancies.
- Manage candidate expectations and provide feedback.
- Conducting interviews and pre-screen calls.
- Qualifying candidates’ skills, experience, and role suitability.
