The Opportunity You will join an established property team and take responsibility for managing your own caseload, providing a high-quality and commercially focused service to clients. Experience within residential or commercial conveyancing will be considered, with the key requirement being a proven ability to manage matters independently from inception through to completion. Formal qualifications are not essential; practical conveyancing experience, sound technical knowledge and a strong client-focused approach are more important. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters with appropriate levels of autonomy. Progressing transactions efficiently and ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met. Providing clear, professional and commercially focused advice to clients. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts. Identifying opportunities to support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the team. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all work is completed to the firm's high professional standards. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Proven experience managing their own conveyancing caseload. Experience in either residential or commercial property.
