We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to support a residential development in Cranbrook, Kent, on a temporary basis, starting 20th August.
Working Hours: 2 days per week - Saturday and Sunday, 9am β 4pm
Please note: This is a sole-working position, so applicants must be confident managing the sales office independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist prospective purchasers, conducting property viewings and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage reservations and complete all associated sales documentation accurately.
- Confidently explain site plans, plot locations, and development layouts.
- Guide buyers through the sales process, delivering a professional and customer-focused service throughout.
About You:
- Previous experience in new homes sales or residential estate agency sales.
- Strong understanding of site plans and development layouts.
- Confident working independently and managing responsibilities on site.
- IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
