Job Description Private Client Solicitor Take the next step in your Private Client career! We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a very established team in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, professional and growing practice. You will work on a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and can take ownership of your matters. The Role Your work will include: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trusts and trust administration Inheritance Tax planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection matters Advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients Liaising with accountants, financial advisers and other professional contacts Managing your own caseload and delivering a high standard of client service About You You will ideally have: ~2+ years' PQE in Private Client work ~ Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload ~ Excellent drafting, communication and client-care skills ~ A commercially minded and practical approach ~ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills ~ The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team ~ A genuine ambition to develop your Private Client career What We Offer In return, you will join a high-quality and collaborative legal environment where you can develop your expertise and build meaningful, long-term client relationships.
