Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and provide tailored advice on wills and estate planning
- Drafting a range of wills and related documentation to a high standard
- Building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service
- Working collaboratively with the wider private client team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal procedures and best practice
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Will Writer or within a Private Client legal environment
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A professional, organised, and detail-focused approach
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
