Our client, a highly regarded and welcoming firm based near Hailsham, is seeking an experienced Probate Executive to join their established Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident probate professional who enjoys managing their own caseload and delivering a high-quality service to clients, whilst being part of a friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a Probate Executive, you will manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion. Whilst you will have access to supervision and support when required, this role is suited to someone who is comfortable acting as a stand-alone fee earner, taking ownership of their files and providing excellent client care.
About You
- Part-qualified CILEX Probate Practitioner or a Licensed Probate Practitioner.
- Strong experience handling and managing your own probate caseload.
- Confident working independently as a stand-alone fee earner.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Professional, approachable and committed to providing an outstanding service to clients.
