From day one, you will receive hands‑on training covering sales, client management, relationship building and commercial negotiation, giving you the skills to progress quickly within a highly rewarding industry.

Your role will include:

  • Building relationships with new and existing business clients
  • Learning how to generate new business opportunities
  • Managing and developing customer accounts
  • Working towards revenue and performance targets
  • Delivering a high level of customer service

  • Uncapped bonus from day one
  • Realistic OTE:
    • Year 1: £35,000+
    • Year 2: £45,000 - £50,000
    • Year 3: £60,000 - £70,000+

  • Clear progression pathway to management and Director level
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
  • No weekend working
  • Central Tunbridge Wells location with excellent transport links
