Responsibilities: -
· Sourcing New Lending Opportunities - Identifying potential clients and opportunities for funding.
· Development Appraisals & Credit Analysis - Conducting in-depth financial assessments.
· Loan Onboarding - Supporting the setup of new loans and ensuring smooth processes.
· Active Loan Management - Monitoring and managing ongoing lending projects.
· Financial & Market Analysis - Keeping up with trends and insights in the property finance sector.
· Joint Venture Project Support - Assisting with exciting collaborative property projects.
About you: -
· Ambitious & Sales-Oriented
