This is a full-time, office-based position in Eastbourne. Salary is dependent on experience/qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.

Duties:
  • Prepare and process payroll for a varied portfolio of clients
  • Ensure all payroll deadlines are met accurately and within required timescales
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day workflow of the payroll team
  • Provide guidance and support to team members with payroll-related queries
  • Maintain and utilise payroll systems efficiently to support smooth payroll processing
  • Support the effective day-to-day running of payroll and office operations
  • Assist with internal administrative duties as part of the wider team
What we're looking for:

A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 1 year experience within a payroll bureau or practice environment. You must live within a 1hr commute of Eastbourne.
