Responsibilities
- Lead a small team and manage workload, recruitment, coaching and development
- Product analysis including performance, market trends, current coverage, competitors and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities, develop and present product ideas, value propositions and delivery road-maps
- Oversee stakeholder consultation to ensure value creation, legal compliance and marketing effectiveness
- Launch product projects from concept to final delivery and rollout, including training documentation and marketing material support
- Budget planning and management
- KPI setting, tracking and management
Qualifications
- Experience leading a small team and managing products from performance, development or underwriting/compliance perspectives
- Strong working knowledge of the FCA handbook and Consumer Duty principles
- Experience within financial services or insurance product development/management
