Can you access offices in East Grinstead on a hybrid working basis, with occasional site visits?

You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new and re-developments / major works for commercial/recreational sector sites, including:
- Project planning: timeline and resource planning; design development; specification; budgeting;
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout projects (Architects, subcontractors);
- Costing and estimations - budget management, tracking and reporting;
- Documentation - H&S, specifications, contract administration, CDM, progress tracking;
- Site visits;
- Major Works & Small Works Project Management;
- Reporting to Directors.
£56,500 + car allowance. East Grinstead - hybrid working + Employee Benefits.
