Overview

An outstanding firm in West Sussex is on the lookout for a new General Practice Manager to join their team. This firm offers the full spectrum of accountancy, taxation, payroll, advisory and financial planning services. They value themselves on their dedication to client satisfaction, so having a down-to-earth and friendly being is naturally desirable!

This role is 37.5hrs/week Monday-Friday with hybrid working available.

Salary is dependent on experience/qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.

Duties

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services
• Prepare year-end accounts under FRS102, FRS102A and FRS105
• Prepare tax computations and CT600s, and review VAT returns
• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of accountants and admin staff
• Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios and support business development
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal quality procedures
• Collaborate with senior management to improve operational efficiency
• Act as primary contact for key client relationships, ensuring clear communication
