Supporting ambitious owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial companies and high-growth organisations, you'll play a key role in delivering first-class advisory services whilst helping shape the future direction of a growing specialist team. The successful candidate will work closely with Directors and wider advisory teams, building trusted client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused tax solutions across a diverse portfolio. Advise on business acquisitions and disposals Deliver specialist advice relating to EMI and other tax-advantaged share schemes Support clients with EIS and SEIS planning opportunities Undertake and review tax valuations Advise on R&D Tax Reliefs and Creative Industries Reliefs, including Video Games Expenditure Credit Provide guidance on Capital Allowances claims Support clients with matters involving intangible assets Advise on corporate restructuring projects Assist businesses with tax-efficient profit extraction strategies Collaborate closely with Private Client specialists on shareholder and owner tax matters Contribute towards the ongoing development and enhancement of specialist tax services A successful candidate for this role will be ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified with at least five years' experience in corporate tax advisory work.
