Our client, a widely recognised and highly respected law firm based in the heart of Brighton, is seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding Litigation department. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced senior specialist, gaining exposure to high-quality Contentious Probate and TOLATA matters while also having the opportunity to develop their own specialist caseload in areas such as property litigation, contractual disputes, professional negligence, or other commercial litigation disciplines. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion, providing expert legal advice and delivering excellent client service throughout. Advising clients across a broad range of litigation matters Drafting Letters of Claim, Letters of Response and related correspondence Assisting with business development and helping to strengthen existing client relationships Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives qualified in England & Wales with Litigation experience.
