The Role
You'll be responsible for processing customer sales orders, handling incoming enquiries and supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every order is managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information.
- Liaise with production, planning and logistics teams.
