- Role out the direction/plan issued by the Cell Leader or Supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Organise daily work for operators.
- Understand cell output requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in line with the production plan for that cell.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the cell.
- Assist with the job training of operators within the cells.
- Ability to undertake certain Syspro bookings.
- Cover for cell leader (short term) e.g. Holiday periods.
- Capable of assessing and recording spoilage, in order to reduce costs.
- Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Any other duties deemed necessary.
