RSW are looking to recruit a multi skilled maintenance engineer for a permanent role with our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newtown, Powys. From preventative maintenance to problem-solving on the line, you’ll play a key role in keeping their machinery running smoothly carrying out maintenance, tackling breakdowns and driving continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- A time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience in engineering within a manufacturing facility
- Proficiency with engineering schematics, both electrical and mechanical
- A methodical approach to working with impeccable record-keeping
- Knowledge of power tools, welding equipment, and precision instruments would be advantageous
- Computer literacy
- Keen attention to detail and pride in doing things right
