We’re looking for an experienced Test Solutions & Development Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative test solutions within a fast-paced electromechanical/electronic manufacturing environment. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with customers, shape future test capabilities, and drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across all test operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement optimised test strategies for new and existing customers
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and future roadmaps
- Create or enhance test specifications to meet evolving needs
- Drive revenue by promoting and delivering test solution services
- Lead improvements in test processes, cost efficiency, and performance
- Evaluate and introduce new and emerging test technologies
- Collaborate with the Production Test Manager to strengthen overall test capability
- Manage, mentor, and develop test teams to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

- 100% on-time delivery against agreed specifications

What We’re Looking For
- HNC (or equivalent) in Electromechanical or Electronic Engineering
- Strong experience in electronic manufacturing (SMT, through-hole, assembly, test)
- Proven track record of process improvement and efficiency gains
- Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
