Our client is a well known food manufacturer based in Swansea. They are looking for food production operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
The shift pattern will work on a weekly 12-hour rotation, alternating between 60-hour (5 days) and 24-hour weeks (2 days). Shifts will include both days (6am–6pm) and nights (6pm–6am), with some weekend work required.
The Role:
- Packing items ready for distribution
- Some machine minding
- Working as part of the production process
- Making boxes
- Palletising
- Ensure all health and safety/food guidelines are adhered to and the working environment is free of debris and trip hazards
The Candidate:
- Must be available for an immediate start
- Be able to work 12 hr shifts on rotation days and nights inclusive of some weekends
- Fit and healthy and able to lift boxes of products
- Driving license preferable due to location
Hours of work:
- 6am-6pm days or 6pm-6am nights
- Factory open 7 days per week
- All breaks are paid
