Overview
RSW are looking to recruit an Extrusion Line Operator for a permanent role with a specialist manufacturer based in Brecon.

Qualifications & Skills
- Prior direct hand‑on experience with extrusion machinery preferable
- Essential to have experience working with factory production machinery
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- A good listener, analytical thinker and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the Company
- Experience of delivering exceptional results to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of fly fishing would be a distinct advantage
Education
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Working Hours
40 hours of work per week – 3‑shift system on a weekly rotation: 6AM – 2PM, 2PM – 10PM, 10PM – 6AM
