CNC Machinists Pontypool Permanent £15 – £16 per hour Recruitment Solutions Workforce are currently recruiting CNC Machinists with experience within the automotive / aerospace / manufacturing sectors to join our client's team. Shift Patterns are dependent on demand Monday till Friday 37hrs per week – The below will be a requirement in busy periods 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am Attractive rates of pay offered. Increased rates of pay are available for the right candidates depending on skills set /experience. Skills/Experience: • Previous experience of setting CNC milling machines is essential • Knowledge of CNC metal cutting and boring • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances • Ability to problem solves any technical issues arising in machining cells. • Previous experience in a manufacturing / aerospace / automotive industry • Experience in working in a medium/high volume production environment • Understanding of quality systems and completing quality checks/gauging • Attention to detail is essential • Able to work with minimal supervision.
