About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Production Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in logistics or production administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries
- Preparing and processing customer invoices
- Booking and arranging transport with external providers
- Supporting production and logistics teams with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Handling general office administration duties
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of operations
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 – 13:30
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in a logistics, production administration, or similar role
- Experience with dispatching, invoicing, and transport booking
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
