This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of talented engineers, ensuring high-quality design delivery while working closely with customers and project stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate the CAD/CAE engineering team
- Plan and allocate engineering workload
- Support project delivery against programme milestones
- Review CAD designs and ensure engineering quality standards are achieved
- Act as the technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders
- Mentor and support the development of engineers
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong CATIA experience
- Previous experience leading CAD and/or CAE engineering teams
- Automotive or advanced manufacturing experience
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills
- The ability to motivate teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
