RSW are looking to recruit an Extrusion Line Operator for a permanent role with our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Brecon. The successful candidate will be technically minded; with reasonable computer skills and qualifications including mathematics would be beneficial but are not essential. However, you must have experience of and be comfortable with using computers and machinery, reading data and using measuring equipment.

Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following skills/attributes:
- Prior direct / hands-on experience with Extrusion machinery preferable
- Essential to have experience working with factory production machinery
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- A good listener, analytical thinker and has the ability to effectively communicate and deal with people at all levels of the Company
- Experience of delivering exceptional results to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of fly fishing would be a distinct advantage
Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Working Hours: 40 hours of work per week. You will be working a 3-shift system on a weekly rotation: 6AM – 2PM, 2PM – 10PM, 10PM – 6AM
