RSW are recruiting on behalf of a specialist manufacturer in Brecon for an Extrusion Line Operator. Previous extrusion experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. We are looking for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys working with machinery, is comfortable using computer systems, and has experience operating production equipment within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a highly skilled manufacturing process and develop a long-term career within a successful and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring production lines
- Recording and maintaining production data
- Carrying out quality inspections and checks
- Troubleshooting and supporting continuous production
We're looking for candidates who:
