RSW require a CNC Machinist who has worked in the fabrication and processing of a wide range of plastics, including Polycarbonate, PETG, PVC, and more. Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Bridgend. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture components
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotating shifts)
- 40 hours per week
Salary & Benefits
- £39,520 per annum
- Overtime opportunities
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service
- Additional birthday leave
- On-site parking
Requirements
- Proven experience in CNC machining and machine operation
- Experience with milling techniques and machinery
- Strong quality control and inspection skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good understanding of machinery maintenance
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
