RSW require a CNC Machinist who has worked in the fabrication and processing of a wide range of plastics, including Polycarbonate, PETG, PVC, and more. With extensive industry knowledge, we specialise in delivering high-quality, bespoke solutions tailored to the modern industrial plastics market. Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Bridgend. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture components
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a safe and organised working environment

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotating shifts)
  • 40 hours per week

Salary & Benefits

  • £39,520 per annum
  • Overtime opportunities
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service
  • Additional birthday leave

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CNC machining and machine operation
  • Experience with milling techniques and machinery
  • Strong quality control and inspection skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Good understanding of machinery maintenance
