Our client is a well-established and growing company within the steel industry, with exciting growth plans for 2026. They are currently looking to recruit motivated and reliable Assembly Technicians to join their manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the industry. As part of the assembly team, you will play an integral role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the assembly of steel products, operating equipment, carrying out quality checks, and supporting efficient production operations. Experience using power tools and reading 2D and 3D drawings is essential.

Working Hours

  • Β£13.73 per hour
  • Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 15:00
  • Friday: 06:00 - 12:30
  • 40 hours per week + overtime

Overtime

Overtime is a requirement of the role and is typically available during weekends and occasionally during the week to meet business needs. Overtime after 40 hours is paid at 1.5x rate during weekdays and Saturdays, and Sunday is paid at 2x rate (when Saturday overtime has been completed).
