Recruitment Solutions Workforce (RSW) are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position with competitive pay and immediate starts.
The Role
- Loading and unloading cans into retort machines.
- Operating and monitoring retort equipment safely and efficiently.
- Loading recipes into machine control panels.
- Carrying out quality checks and completing production paperwork.
- Ensuring products meet food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
- Working closely with production, packing and warehouse teams.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Shift Pattern
- Sunday to Thursday – 40 hours per week
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 10:00pm – 6:00am
30-minute paid break each shift.
