In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
