RSW are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our Client’s team based in Kenfig Industrial Estate in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to materials handling, stock management, and shipping and receiving and overseeing the warehouse teams and their operations.
- Induct, train, and retain staff of the required number and caliber.
- Continuously assess branding staff against identified performance criteria and address issues of performance and conduct within the warehouse and deal with these by applying the Clients HR policies.
- Ensure all training requirements are met and regularly reviewed.
- Manage, support and coach operational staff.
- Manage workplace and equipment in line with legal requirements and the Clients EHS policy.
- Manage EHS performance to minimise the Clients KPI’s and in line with business EHS performance targets.
- Ensure all staff focus on the customer and find ways to meet customer needs converting business strategy into practical day to day activities.
- Instil a customer service ethic throughout production and ensure that queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Ensure customer service level meets company objectives, through measuring and taking corrective action where necessary.
Working hours: Thursday to Monday 8am to 4pm
